Start your weekend early at Yogafeet with our Slow Flow Yoga class. This beginner- friendly class will help you soften and connect with your body and breath as you move through mindful sequences. Perfect for those who are taking their first steps into yoga, as well as those wishing to slow their practice down. Join us on Fridays at 10am for a calming class which is designed to help you relax and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.
For classes, to cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24hrs in advance. After this time no refund can be offered. Thank you. For workshops, we require at least 48 hours notice to be able to fill your space and so be able to offer a refund.
