Reflexology

Service Description

A reflexology treatment targets reflex points, and areas of the feet (and also of face, hands and ears although I will be working through feet). These points and areas reflect organs and systems of the body, and by applying various pressure to them invites a re-harmonising, a rebalancing within them. Certain parts can feel a little uncomfortable, but the overall effect of the treatment is usually deeply relaxing. With regular treatments many people report an overall improvement in sense of wellbeing, of improved sleep and reduced 'stress'. Many ongoing health issues, such as back pain or headaches might begin to 'fall away' too. Treatment itself is around 45 minutes, but please allow an hour for your appointment with me. When you book here you will be asked for a non refundable deposit of £10, and shortly before our appointment together I will send you details of how to complete your payment. Cancellation Policy

For classes, to cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24hrs in advance. After this time no refund can be offered. Thank you. For workshops, we require at least 48 hours notice to be able to fill your space and so be able to offer a refund.
