Service Description
A pop up yin practice to truly nourish and rest your body and mind. Online only so that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home. In yin, poses are held for a good length of time; most of them are floor based and supported where needed. The effect is to begin to work deeply within the body, rebalancing our bodies energy and encouraging good health of connective tissue, bones and joints. The mindfulness aspect of staying in a pose and beginning to observe sensations, thoughts and feelings can have a profound effect ; offering a sense of peace and stillness and ability to sit and be with what is. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced yinsters 💫 You will receive your link to join the meeting in a separate email, as we may be using Googlemeet for this one.

For classes, to cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24hrs in advance. After this time no refund can be offered. Thank you. For workshops, we require at least 48 hours notice to be able to fill your space and so be able to offer a refund.
