Online Yin and Meditation ~ Monday 10am

Service Description

Such a great way to begin the week. This pop up class is next Monday 15th July at 10-11am. You will be sent a link to join live after your booking. I may hold this through google meet, so please bear with me to make that decision. In yin, poses are held for a good length of time; most of them are floor based and supported where needed. The effect is to begin to work deeply within the body, rebalancing our bodies energy and encouraging good health of connective tissue, bones and joints. The mindfulness aspect of staying in a pose and beginning to observe sensations, thoughts and feelings can have a profound effect ; offering a sense of peace and stillness and ability to sit and be with what is. Suitable for both beginners and experienced 'yinsters' 💫

For classes, to cancel or reschedule please contact us more than 24hrs in advance. After this time no refund can be offered. Thank you. For workshops, we require at least 48 hours notice to be able to fill your space and so be able to offer a refund.
